Who we are
Global Alignment EU is the data controller for personal data collected through the EIC Readiness Check. We are a European consultancy specialising in EIC Accelerator and Horizon Europe funding advisory.
What we collect and why
When you complete the EIC Readiness Check, we collect your name, email address, company name, sector, and diagnostic answers to generate and deliver your results. Where you opt in, we may send occasional EU funding updates. Legal basis: contract performance for result delivery; consent for marketing communications.
How we use your data
We use your information to calculate your readiness tier, identify your weakest scoring dimension, and deliver that result to your email. We may send one follow-up about booking a qualifying call. Aggregate, anonymised submission data is used to improve the diagnostic tool. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decisions with legal effects, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Service providers
We use Brevo (EU region) for email delivery and Supabase (EU-hosted) for database storage. Both are bound by data processing agreements.
How long we keep your data
12 months from submission, then permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can access, correct, delete, or export your data, withdraw marketing consent, or restrict processing at any time. Email contact@globalalignmenteu.com — we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This tool uses only technically necessary session cookies. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the tool evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email if you are an active subscriber. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
